My Philosophy
My mission is pretty simple: find a way to change the world, one word at a time. I work toward fulfilling that mission by producing great web sites and writing projects at a great price for great people who do great work.
If you love your work and you aim to make the world a better place, whether all at once or one person at a time, I’d appreciate the opportunity to talk with you.
Know what you're getting when you hire me. Read more on my About Tim and Why Me? (a.k.a. the "Feel Good About Hiring Tim" page).
Client Bill of Rights
- You have the right to be treated with respect.
- You have the right to communicate with a live person. You have the right to talk and work directly with the person working on your project. In both cases, that's me.
- You have the right to ask questions if something isn’t clear, and you have the right to expect me to answer them.
- You have the right to my honest opinion. It’s possible that you may not like my opinion, and that’s OK. Ultimately, you’re the client and it’s your decision. You have the right to get what you want.
- You have the right to learn something. If you don't learn something new by the time we're done with our project, I have failed.
- You have the right to complain. You have the right to complain even more if it's Monday. You can even complain about something that’s not related to our project, particularly if it’s Monday.
